What are your shipping rates? Do you offer free shipping?

Our products ship out from San Fernando, Pampanga. For orders 1kg & below, our standard rates are:

  • Within Pampanga β€” We offer an option for customer pick up or same day deliveries via third party couriers (Grab Express, Lalamove). Same day couriers to be booked by the customer.
  • Luzon / Metro Manila β€” P170 flat rate.
  • Visayas β€” P190 flat rate.
  • Mindanao β€” P200 flat rate.

Free shipping for all orders P1,500 and above.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, of course you can! Simply select the 'pickup' option when checking out. We do have a processing time of 1-2 business days for this option and pickup is at our cafe in San Fernando, Pampanga during operating hours (special hours apply on certain holidays).

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once it's ready for pick up, you will receive another email with the relevant pick up details (address, contact info).

Please note that we are closed on Tuesdays so pickup is not possible on this day.

When will I receive my order?

We have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Once items are shipped out, we will send out a tracking link to your indicated email address. Shipping timeframe is as follows:

  • Luzon β€” 1-5 days.
  • Other Areas β€” 3-7 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of the Philippines. However, we can make special arrangements. Shipping fees will vary. Please reach out via email at hello@sagedaycoffee.com indicating your delivery address so we can request a shipping quote for you!

How can I pay for my order?

We accept card payments via Paypal, bank deposit, and GCash payments for online orders.

What are your return and exchange policies?

Please send us an email at hello@sagedaycoffee.com. We evaluate the situation on a case to case basis. Generally, we accept return and exchanges for damaged items only but, as long as the item is in pristine condition with all tags and packaging, we’ll try our best to accommodate your request!

Ordering In-Store

How can I order? Do you deliver?

We'd love for you to be able to visit and order in-store. Plan ahead - you can find our menu, location & hours under 'Our Cafe.'

We don't have in-house delivery but you can find us on Grab Food.

We also have pick-up options (self pick-up, courier pick-up). Simply send us a message on Instagram or Facebook!

What payment methods do you accept in-store?

We accept the following:

  • cash
  • card (debit & credit including Apple Pay)
  • QR (GCash, Maya, QR PH & WeChat Pay)

How can I get there?

You can find location info under 'Our Cafe.' It's easily accessible via public transportation as we're situated along MacArthur Highway.

We also have bike parking and bike locks available & free to use by customers.

Do you allow use of personal cups?

Yes, we do! In fact, we'd prefer if you used personal cups to reduce wastage. We also provide a P5 discount per personal cup!

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we love them! But if your pet is not potty trained, we do require them to be wearing diapers before they enter the store.

Additionally, please ensure that your pets are on their best behavior during the visit and will not disturb other guests and pets.

Do you have wifi?

We provide complimentary 2-hour access to each customer.

Another voucher code entitling holders to 2-hour access available for every succeeding purchase.

How can I provide feedback?

We always encourage customers to share their experience. It allows us to improve and be better at what we do.

While we wish every review is positive, we understand that things happen. If ever you encounter a *not-so great* experience with us, please approach any of our team members immediately so we can assist you and help making things better ASAP.
